Purpose: As we continue to become well organized computer users, file management is key to productivity. Having a well described photo name speeds up processes of searching and placing photos within projects.
Teacher Demonstration: Download Sample Pictures and Rename them according to what they represent.
Student Activity:
1. Go HERE and download the zipped folder titled Download and rename these.
2. Save the folder to Computer Technology as "Renaming Pics"
3. Open the folder and view each picture, then rename each picture according to its characteristics.
4. Once all pictures are renamed, perform a Window Capture (ALT + PRNT SCRN).
5. Paste and edit in Paint, then Save the .JPG as "FirstName_LastInitial_RenamingPics"
6. Submit this .JPG that clearly displays the renamed picture names to me via LoopMail with the Subject titled: Renamed Pics.
